This is what I used for the schematic. I didn't know how to find component libraries, so it uses simple headers. Other than power and ground, there are only about a dozen wires.
The TMC2208 datasheet recommends a minimum of 100uF for power supply stability. I use 220uF 35V capacitors because I found some that are the perfect diameter to provide mechanical support under the RTC. The low currents used by a clock motor would probably be fine with values as low as 10uF.
