Hi Steve,I watched the video of the new watch you are building, I wanted to ask you when you finish it and when there will be the files for printing and the instructions ready,it seems to me better than the electromagnetic clock I built but which still today I find problems to make it work correctly, the ratchets and the second hand give me problems and the clock does not keep the correct time.thank you.

hi Steve, I had the problem that as I explained to you in previous messages, the watch would stop after a while, I put some weight inside the mechanism container, now it doesn't stop anymore, but when the mechanism goes down before the lever it moves towards the magnet the pendulum slams against the lever 3/4 times then the lever falls towards the magnet and the mechanism rises again, what could it be?, in my opinion the pendulum has too much force and it slams, I remove a little of weight ?. thank you.
Hi Steve, I noticed that the coup perdu click goes for a period of time then suddenly stops, I don't understand why, maybe I have to put some weight inside the motor module?, I didn't put any weight inside it, it worked anyway but after about two weeks of operation now now and then I find it stopped. could you tell me the reason? thank you.
Yes indeed I tried to see if there is the folder with the motor-switch-cover-plastic file, but it is not yet present in MyMiniFactory, I wait a few days, then I'll look at it. Thanks Steve. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
Hi Steve, I'm wondering if you could make the lid that supports the magnetic red switch wider so that there can be a plastic magnetic red switch which as measures is slightly larger than the glass one, 2.5x2.5 mm. the glass ones are not very reliable, they get stuck every now and then, which is why I wanted to try the plastic switches but they don't fit in the lid seat. See photo. thank you.
Steve, when are you going to finish this project?.thanks.
Steve, when will you finish the design of this watch?.Thank you.
Finally I completed the watch, Steve, I must say that you made a masterpiece, I also did the same colors because I liked them a lot, the project with the motor that winds the watch is fantastic, now I have to check if it is reliable and accurateover time like the 32 Day which is impeccable, I will also have to fix the electromagnetic clock because I haven't managed to make it work properly yet, the ratchet stops after a while and the second hand too.Anyway, I congratulate you for the beautiful work you do.Thank you.
hi Steve, if you watch the video, I have some space left between the Gear 5 where the spring is on the rear frame, if it moves, the Gear 5 falls, by chance do I need other accessories?, I have complied with the instructions . thank you.
hello Steve, I found some 2.5/3 mm thick felt to stick on the sides to reduce the noise that the magnet holder arm makes, do you think the thickness would be fine?, because I didn't find a 1 thick felt. 5 mm as you write in the instructions. I wanted to ask when the instruction video for this pattern will be ready. thank you.
Hi Steve, I wanted to ask you, by mounting the flipper motor inside the pin with a diameter of 1,5 in diameter, length 20 mm, there is no possibility that it could come out of the pin when it moves against the magnet and detaching itself?, I noticed that there is no stop at the tip of the 1.5 mm diameter pin. Also I wanted to ask you another thing, I noticed on the drawing that the Shaft collar has a small hole on the side for locking with a small screw, while when printing the file there is no hole, it must be inserted by pressure? Shaft collar that blocks the spring. a thousand thanks.
Hi Steve,
I have mounted the engine module but in my opinion it does not work very well,
if I insert the shaft with the magnet as shown in the video, the magnet is too close to the magnetic switch and when the shaft moves away many times the motor remains on ... .., it does not turn off, what should I do ?, the three options I tried them but it gives the same problem.
Another question does the motor have to turn counter-clockwise?, Is my counter-clockwise correct?. A thousand thanks.
Hi Steve, the pieces frame_back_center, lower, upper, the dial numbers, with what settings did you print them?, Always with 5 perimeters, 30% fill and upper and lower layers 7 and 6?. a thousand thanks.
hi Steve, do you recommend me to do the Coup Perdu model or the deadbeat?. thank you.
Hi Steve, I got the gearmotor today, I made you a video to show you the rotation speed by eye if it goes well, I must say that it is quite silent, the video amplifies the noise of the gearmotor….
Hi Steve, I bought this gear motor on Amazon, 15 RPM, but I don't see 1: 1000 ratio written, is this guy okay anyway?. thank you.

Hi Steve, by any chance you also made an assembly video for this watch ?, because in the instructions it is not clear how to apply the gear motor and the magnetic switch. thank you.
even this link doesn't work, and if I click here I can't enter MyMiniFactory…

The Coup Perdu clock is getting very close to being finished. There are just a few small edits before it will be ready. The assembly guide is nearly finished as well. Maybe 1 or 2 more days before release.
The new clock will be much more reliable than the electromagnetic pendulum clock. My latest iteration of the Coup Perdu works great. There is also a deadbeat escapement option that runs even better. And it is quieter with 120 small ticks per minute instead of 60 large ticks with the Coup Perdu.
