I have run-in the clock and gears for a couple days and am now fine-tuning the pendulum timing. Right now it is within a minute over a 12-hour run.
Per video, the pendulum weight it tapping the motor switch flap when the motor housing is at its lowest point
(just prior to resetting). The motor cycle seems to be about every 2 minutes.
How can I remedy the contacting as it does ultimately cause the flap to tilt before the angle of motor housing and gravity would cause it to cycle?
Flapper arm fixed.
I removed half the weight (2 cavities full now) but clock is now running slow even with pendulum weight at maximum height. I assume I need to put weight back in....?
