Steve, with the matterhackers filament, did you follow their recommended 50 degree bed temp? I just had a few small parts come loose during the printing process (Prusa mk4)...
I print everything with the default PrusaSlicer settings for generic PLA and the smooth PEI sheet. Of the first layer doesn't stick, I know it is time to wash the bed with soap.
It's quite expensive unless you find it on sale. Full price is $52 for 0.75kg. It looks really amazing on the Crazy Gear Desk Clocks with all the additional dynamic motion.
There are a few cheaper brands on Amazon, but I haven't tried any of them yet.
