Thank you for the info Steve- That was exactly where the issue seems to have been. There was too much friction I believe and it was keeping the things from moving and indicating time. I got the updated gears installed and made sure there everything spun freely and re-assembled. Has been running for a few hours now and keeping pretty decent time. Will get to tuning it soon.
