yeah, oddly adjusting the weight downward actually improved everything. The measured beat rate on Cuckoo Clock app doesn't match the performance of the clock. Beat rate is too low but clock is now running slightly fast. I'll continue to experiment and adjust.

Flapper arm fixed. I removed half the weight (2 cavities full now) but clock is now running slow even with pendulum weight at maximum height. I assume I need to put weight back in....?
