SP3: Medium Pendulum Wall Clock

SP3B: Major Refresh to Simplify Construction

This is a reduced size version of the previous clock that was is designed to be printed on a Prusa Mini or any machine with a print area of at least 175x175mm. It is still an impressive clock with a 6.4" (16cm) dial and an overall height of 16.5" (42cm). The escapement was modified to reduce the pendulum length to be proportional to the rest of the clock.

A major refresh was released as SP3B in Dec 2024 to simplify construction, improve reliability, and increase runtime to nearly 8 days.

The assembly process is identical to the previous clock, so you can follow along with the SP2 assembly videos. The assembly were updated with slightly different gear ratios, so a different assembly document was created.
